About the Role

We are looking for a senior-level HR Manager to join our team in Madrid.

The position will start as a maternity cover, but with the possibility to become a long-term or permanent role, depending on performance and organizational fit.

This is a key role reporting directly to General Management and working closely with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full HR function (recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, offboarding).
  • Act as a strategic partner to General Management.
  • Coordinate with international teams and support country managers.
  • Implement and improve internal HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and employment practices (in collaboration with external legal advisors).
  • Drive employee development, engagement and performance.

Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Proven track record in international or multicultural environments.
  • Strong autonomy and ability to manage end-to-end HR operations.
  • High level of English (C1 or above) – essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience in industrial, international trading or logistics companies is a plus (but not required).
