HR IT Project Manager (planning, stakeholder, risk, comms and change management) - English Speaking - 100% Remote Work. Start Date : Flexible, May 2025. 11 Month+ Contract Role. Part-Time 50% (20 hours per week on average) - End Client!

Our End Client in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire an experienced HRIT (Humans Resources IT) Project Manager who can supervise the System Integration Partners, coordinate and manage communications and drive the scope and planning for an SAP SuccessFactors implementation across EMEA.

The focus of the role is :

  • Acting as the main point of contact for two external service providers
  • Leading all internal project management-related processes

Desired skills / Experience :

  • Proven experience in HR digital projects (SuccessFactors experience nice to have, but not mandatory)
  • Understands the sensitivity of confidential HR data
  • Extensive experience managing external service providers
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management within complex and multinational environments
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMI or Prince2) preferred
  • Skills in planning, stakeholder management, risk management, communication management and organisational and project specific change management.

Additional information :

  • This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours per week on average, with flexibility needed, dependent on project schedules
  • Role can be worked 100% remotely.
