Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Engineer to serve as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on SAP and full-stack architecture, integration, and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall architecture of our HR IT landscape, with a focus on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and utilization.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Developing and implementing release management and migration strategies for the HR IT SAP system landscape (Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise).
  2. Consulting on business transformation, transition, and target architecture management.
  3. System and process monitoring.
  4. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, including SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, and SAP Cloud Platform API Management.
  5. Governance of our landscape via IT system and process monitoring.
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HR IT.
  7. Ensuring a second line of defense with a compliant system landscape and architecture.
  8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR IT infrastructure.
  9. Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  10. Managing external service providers.

The position can be staffed in Frankfurt, Regensburg, or Hannover.

Qualifications
  1. Academic degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  2. Several years of professional experience in IT management.
  3. Profound knowledge of IT enterprise architecture for SAP HCM with SAP on-premise and SAP Cloud.
  4. Know-how on platform architecture.
  5. Sound knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and relevant SAP cloud and on-premise solutions.
  6. Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and their practical application.
  7. Knowledge of middleware technologies and APIs (REST, SOAP).
  8. Understanding of security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and data protection requirements.
  9. Experience with SAP integration platforms (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration).
  10. Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking.
  11. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  12. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
