Job Title

HR IT Business Manager*

Job Description

Within the HR department, we work with various systems, including Perbit as our central Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Avature as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support different HR processes. Our goal is to continuously optimize and digitize our global HR processes. Additionally, we aim to establish a unified database solution for all HR data from various systems for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Initiate and implement developments and digitizations, including independent system adjustments within HRIS and ATS
  2. Develop compliant access and usage concepts
  3. Build and develop interfaces to connected systems for consistent HR data utilization
  4. Coordinate requirements independently with relevant stakeholders (HR, Key Users, Process Owners, In-house IT, and external service providers)
  5. Lead projects to integrate data from various HR IT systems and other source systems into a central internal database
Qualifications
  • Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in HR projects or with HR systems (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday), preferably with agile project experience (e.g., Scrum)
  • Good understanding of data models and database structures
  • Basic knowledge or practical experience with SQL is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Enthusiasm for harmonizing complex data models and interest in topics like Big Data integration
