Your tasks and responsibilities

• You act as the functional HR / IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all topics related to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro.
• You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy, providing expert consultation as the subject matter expert within your portfolio.
• You translate business needs into IT service requirements and support the successful implementation of your solution design, in compliance with our IT service management and IT compliance frameworks.
• You think holistically, considering end-to-end processes and identifying cross-topic dependencies and integration opportunities.
• You continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and support in driving innovation forward (e.g. leveraging emerging technologies such as AI where they add value).
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams, proactively driving related initiatives forward.

Your qualifications and experience

• You hold a master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• You bring first experience with HR applications (e.g., Workday, SAP) or HR service delivery processes, including platforms like ServiceNow.
• Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training plus relevant professional experience are also welcome.
• You have initial experience working in agile environments; familiarity with the ServiceNow NOW Create methodology is a plus.
• You understand global HR processes, especially in the context of HR Service Delivery, and are familiar with relevant IT solutions and integrations.
• Experience working on international and interdisciplinary HR / IT projects is a plus.
• You are experienced in managing IT service providers and coordinating external teams.
• You are familiar in compliance requirements for IT projects, particularly within the healthcare industry.
