Job Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist with native-level proficiency in German and a strong command of English to join our team in Osnabrück. This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional looking to contribute their expertise in a hybrid role.

The successful candidate will have solid payroll experience or relevant education, as well as in-depth knowledge of German labor law. You will manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in payments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately process payroll for employees
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and tax regulations
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll information is aligned with internal records
• Monitor changes in labor laws and update payroll processes as needed

Requirements :

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law, tax regulations, and compliance
• Previous experience in an HR / payroll-related role
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
