Position: HR Generalist (Part-Time m/f/d)

We are looking for an HR Generalist (Part-Time m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible on a temporary basis for an initial period of 2 years.

What to expect :

1. Support for the Senior HR Manager in daily operations
2. Handling of individual and organizational personnel changes (e.g., onboarding, transfers, reclassifications)
3. Preparation of employment law documents such as employment contracts, transfer letters, works council hearings, warnings, references, job descriptions, and other documents
4. Key support and/or execution of the BEM process (occupational reintegration management) including conducting conversations
5. Support for local/international HR projects and topics
6. Cross-functional collaboration with various HR expert teams such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Service Center, etc.
7. Maintaining personnel information system data in collaboration with the HR Service Center
8. Handling other administrative tasks including maintaining personnel files
9. Possibly supporting training programs and recruitment processes

Your profile :

1. Successfully completed commercial training (ideally industrial clerk)
2. Professional experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a manufacturing/industrial environment
3. Knowledge of labor law and works constitution law, ideally with familiarity with the North Rhine-Westphalia metal industry collective agreement (Metalltarif NRW)
4. Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
5. Good practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
6. Solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
