HR Generalist / Personalreferent (*all genders)

Job Responsibilities

• Full support of the employee lifecycle for your retail region (Netherlands & Belgium)
• Placing job advertisements and conducting applicant interviews
• Review and optimize current processes and benefits
• Very close cooperation with our managers
• Process and manage all HR related administration
• Supervision of our internal development program and moderation of training courses
• Shape our employer branding and effectively communicate our corporate values both internally and externally.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed studies or comparable “Ausbildung”
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the HR sector, desirably also in supporting Belgium and/or Netherlands
• Courage to try new things and enjoy constant change
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A structured and organized approach to work
• Fluency in English and German, Dutch is an advantage
• Occasional travel within your region
