About the Role:

As an HR Generalist, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration and compliance. Your expertise will help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Location: Munich, Germany (On-site minimum 3 days per week)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Provide support in onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and HR documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Organize and manage local events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Collaborate with compliance on health and safety matters.
• Ensure the overall upkeep of the office and manage operational tasks.
• Prepare invoices and orders for the Munich office.
• Assist with OKRs, communications, employer branding, and performance management.
• Support key initiatives across the company globally, including project management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of German labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English
• Location:must be based in or near Munich. Despite our flexible arrangements, this role requires presence in the office at least four days a week.
• Proactive go-getter with a passion for HR operations.
• Someone who loves to help keep the HR team on track and maintain global company initiatives.
