Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

1. General HR Administration
2. Supporting leadership and employees on HR-related topics
3. Organizing onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees
4. Managing employee data in our HR Information System - Personio
5. Preparing contracts and documentation
6. Supporting or managing HR projects
7. Handling employee and company-wide communications
8. Assisting in planning team events with our Office Administrator
9. Depending on your profile:
   • Managing monthly payroll in collaboration with our external tax advisor
   • Full-cycle recruiting

Your Profile

• At least one year of HR Generalist experience, full-time or internship/working student
• Proficiency in English and German
• Strong ownership and ability to manage responsibilities end-to-end
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic team environment
• Experience with timelines and progress summaries
• Eagerness to contribute in a growing startup with visibility and impact
• Experience with Personio or similar HRIS is a plus
• Flexible remote working (up to 50% of days per month)
