About the role

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR Operations matters for our commercial affiliate, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes, organizational changes, and policy implementation ensuring the HR Business Partners can focus on supporting leaders and their teams.

The role will mainly focus on ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout all HR processes of the employee lifecycle while acting as policy expert and advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders and being a key player in global projects and talent processes.

Who you´ll work with

You are the connecting link between your local and global HR Operations team, the HR Business Partners for your population and the Business, so you will coordinate special cases or leaves directly with business leaders.

What you´ll do

  • Job levellings and offer creation for onboardings, promotions, off-cycle increases and employee transfers,
  • Manage exit cases.
  • Review and update policies and provide guidance and interpretation to HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Own and manage the organizational structure in our HR information system (SAP SuccessFactors), driving data quality, process improvements, local reporting ensuring consistency,
  • Contribute to global HR projects,
  • Collaborate with the works council and ensure compliance with local labor law. .
