Your Tasks

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing expert guidance on HR matters.

Contribute to manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Assist to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Support with resolving complex employee relations cases, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.

Ensure compliance with German labor legislation and other applicable regulations.

Identify training opportunities to build individual and team capabilities.

Continuously review and improve HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources Management or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience.

Thorough understanding of German labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a customer-focused and hands-on mindset.

Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
