About The Role

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the day to day people processes and employee experience within the EMEA region. Working closely with associates and managers, you will drive impact on topics such as engagement and retention, and other fundamental HR processes. In this role, you will be a key player and foundational support in all business activities that help support the people experience within SAP Fioneer.

Responsible for seven countries, you will have the chance to implement and scale HR processes that directly impact the employee experience across international teams in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and oversee end-to-end HR operations: Manage onboarding, employee records, contractual updates, and exit processes with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Prepare contracts and documents: Create and update employment documents while making sure they comply with local labor laws
  • Ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle within HR data management
  • Answer employee questions: Whether about payroll, benefits, or HR processes - you will provide reliable and friendly support
  • Handle sensitive information responsibly: You will learn how to deal with confidential topics in a professional and trustworthy manner.
  • Support compliance: You will contribute to ensuring that our processes meet legal requirements and reflect Fioneer's values and policies
Requirements
  • You have already gathered some knowledge and experience within in an HR function/role
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken is necessary
  • You offer strong organizational skills and attention to detail is something that comes naturally to you
  • The ability to work independently but also a willingness to support your colleagues on various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidentiality and integrity are important to you and you uphold high standards in both of these areas
