The Berlin School of Business and Innovation is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to oversee the employee lifecycle and manage HR administrative processes. This role will support employees across various locations and ensure compliance with employment laws, while providing a positive employee experience. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Generalist who will take ownership of different stages of the employee lifecycle and be the primary point of contact for our employees effectively managing the HR administrative processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will provide support to our employees in Berlin Hamburg Paris Athens and Barcelona and therefore build your experience in regional employment law compliance and payroll.
