We are seeking a colleague who has a genuine interest and passion for HR operations. You will work closely with Wolts' country team in Germany, supporting various HR-related tasks locally.

What you'll be doing
  • Employee document administration (e.g., drafting and updating employment agreements, income verifications, reference letters, and other employee documents).
  • Updating HR systems and local payroll databases.
  • Onboarding new employees and supporting their enrollment in payroll.
  • Auditing employment information such as work permit expiration dates, student status, and contract end dates.
  • Providing first-line support for HR-related employee inquiries.
  • Supporting the setup of HR processes and tools.

  • Solid experience in HR operations, preferably within a global organization or startup environment.
  • Understanding of common People processes like document administration, compensation, and onboarding; with a desire to develop your HR career and learn continuously.
  • Strong communication skills with advanced German and fluent English.
  • A problem-solving, proactive attitude, good networking skills, and willingness to take initiative. Ability to work well independently and in a team.
