To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Consultant - Recruitment (m/f/d) in a full-time position to support us in recruiting professionals in the medical, nursing, hotel, and gastronomy sectors. In this role, you will be in constant communication with candidates, our international offices, national and international authorities, and our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting: Create and maintain detailed job descriptions for international positions in the medical field and publish them on job boards, career sites, and networks.
  • Candidate Search: Actively search for suitable candidates via databases, internal agencies, social networks, and events. Build and maintain a talent pool.
  • Screening and Pre-selection: Review applications, check qualifications and documents, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Interview Coordination and Execution: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Assess qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Information Management: Communicate working conditions and living environments in the target country. Maintain continuous communication with applicants.


Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree, ideally in the medical field.
  • Professional experience in a medical setting is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, especially the entire recruitment process.
  • Practical experience in selecting and evaluating candidates in the medical sector.
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and international documentation is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent language proficiency in German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident use of MS Office products and digital tools.
