For our client, a leading company in the optics and high-tech industry, we are looking for several HR specialists (m / f / d) for the topic of working hours and absences at the Jena, Oberkochen, and Munich locations.
In this position, you will support managers and employees with all HR issues in case management, take on the operational processing of working time and shift changes, and create relevant documents - both in person and by telephone.
You will implement HR measures in the HR systems Workday and ServiceNow, work closely with HR experts, and support cross-departmental projects to ensure that HR processes run efficiently.

Your profile
