A leading company in the automotive sector seeks an HR consultant to enhance learning, development, and employee engagement in their tech department. The role involves managing various HR processes and providing strategic HR support while ensuring a positive employee experience. Partner with Tech department stakeholders to build high-performing teams and drive learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Act as the go-to HR consultant for management team leads and employees, guiding leadership structure and organizational growth.
Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career growth strategies tailored to tech professionals.
Manage end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, payroll reviews, feedback cycles, and organizational updates, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Leverage data insights to inform decisions, maintain accurate documentation, and support the department's strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, or a related field with HR experience in tech, ideally in an international startup.
Proven expertise in learning and development, leadership training, and employee growth strategies.
Strong project management, data-driven mindset, and confident communication skills at all levels.
Basic knowledge of German labor law; coaching mindset to guide management on HR topics.
Fluent English (C1); German language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin.
