The Role and Candidate
We are looking for an ambitious HR Genralist who desires to take the next step in their career, or an early-stage HR Business Partner eager to deepen their experience in a dynamic regional role. Based in Berlin, this position will lead the establishment of our HR framework in Germany while also supporting the day-to-day HR operations of our team in the Netherlands. The role is critical to building scalable, compliant, and locally adapted people practices across both markets.
Reporting to the Europe Regional HR Team and working closely with our Beijing HQ, the role acts as a vital link between regional strategy and local execution.
