The gross annual salary is, depending on qualification, up to €59,300. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Defining and implementing tailored recruiting strategies for open positions
- Conducting interviews – both in person and virtually – using modern tools
- Representing Airbus at career fairs, events and in contact with universities
- Creating appealing job postings and coordinating their publication
- Participating in international HR projects
- Active sourcing on relevant platforms and building a talent pool
- Monitoring the market and improving sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration or economics
- Experience in consulting management at various organizational levels
- Experience in international collaboration is desirable
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP and HR systems such as Workday
- Business fluent in German and English (min. C1)
- High affinity for social media and strong awareness of recruiting trends
- Willingness to travel and enjoyment of teamwork
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
