Your contribution
- Ensuring the implementation of Group HR processes at the site and their continuous optimization
- Providing competent and trustworthy advice and support to colleagues at the site on HR-related issues and personnel development
- Supporting managers in managing change, engaging employees, and building skills and competencies effectively
- Create a constructive interface with corporate Group HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, as well as with regional HR managers
- Implement corporate (HR) policies at the sites in collaboration with the Plant Manager and Works Council, as appropriate - Implement and ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and labor law changes
- Constructive cooperation and negotiations with the works council/trade unions. Implementation of local collective agreements and guidelines with strong standardization at Group level.
- Coordination of local quantitative and qualitative personnel requirements as well as compilation and evaluation of key personnel figures, reports, and statistics
Your strengths
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, psychology, law, or social sciences with a focus on HR or comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HR as a generalist, specialist, or business partner at a production site in an international company
- Experience in working with works councils and sound knowledge of local labor and works council law
- High sense of quality and responsibility for HR issues and assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and English skills as well as knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally SAP SuccessFactors
