HR BUSINESS PARTNER
DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Sparring partner for managers on personnel-related and labor law issues
  • Support and accompany managers and employees in all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle
  • Initiate and implement individual personnel measures considering legal, tariff, and company regulations (hiring, contract changes, promotions, restructuring, etc.)
  • Collaborate with works councils
  • Recruitment of specialists and managers
  • Support for company integration management (BEM)
  • Create reports and presentations for the HR support area
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and support digitalization efforts
  • Lead HR projects or participate as part of a project team
DEIN PROFIL
  • Completed commercial training or business administration degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operational and strategic HR work in a comparable role, with solid knowledge of labor and works constitution law
  • Proactive team player with expertise, assertiveness, and passion for HR
  • Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and excellent advisory and social skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and structured work approach
  • Excellent German and English skills, proficient with MS Office applications
