We make drinks the way they should be. Every bottle contains only the best organic ingredients and supports fair trade. Lemonaid & ChariTea e.V. has already supported over 80 social projects in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Your Mission.

Als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) bist Du eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Führungskräfte und Teams. Du unterstützt sie strategisch und operativ in allen HR-Fragen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter*innen motiviert und engagiert ihre Potenziale entfalten können. Gleichzeitig treibst Du innovative HR-Projekte voran und unterstützt aktiv unsere Unternehmenswerte und -ziele.

1. Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Lifecycle
2. Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien, die unser Wachstum unterstützen und unsere Unternehmenswerte widerspiegeln
3. Identifizierung von Personalentwicklungsbedarfen und Unterstützung in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung individueller Entwicklungspläne
4. Eigenständige Betreuung der Recruiting-Prozesse für ausgewählte Positionen
5. Entwicklung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Unternehmenskultur, des Employer Brandings und der Mitarbeiterbindung
6. Unterstützung und Koordination bei Veränderungsprozessen und Projekten zur Organisationsentwicklung
7. Regelmäßige Analyse und Berichterstattung von HR-Kennzahlen zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen
8. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner HR-Richtlinien
