Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Business-Partnering, vorzugsweise in einem globalen Unternehmen.
  • Starke Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten.

Aufgaben

Are you passionate about shaping organizational culture, driving talent strategies, and partnering with leadership to make a real impact? Do you have a strong background in German labor law and experience working with works councils? If so, we invite you to join our Commercial Organization in Germany as a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Commercial in our affiliate in Monheim am Rhein, Germany!

About the role

You act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior business stakeholders that you support, as well as your leadership team(s) within the Patient Impact Germany organization. You provide distinct strategy enabling talent, organization and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone, for the ultimate benefit of the patient. In this role, you will furthermore act as a strategic influencer, understanding the business, its imperatives and priorities. You are accountable for the execution of all talent processes within this business partner organization, through executing yourself or partnering with other teams.

Who you’ll work with

You will collaborate closely with business partners across Germany. Additionally, you will partner with the Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development colleagues to ensure an integrated and seamless HR approach.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business context and priorities, ensuring HR strategies align with company goals
  • Drive change management and facilitate cultural transformation within the organization
  • Lead talent review processes, succession planning, and leadership team development
  • Ensure strong collaboration with the German Works Council, navigating labor law complexities and compliance requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end HR support, from onboarding to performance management, restructuring, and employee relations
  • Support reward processes in partnership with the Total Rewards & Operations team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study
  • Minimum Proven HR business partnering experience – at least 5 years, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience collaborating with works councils
  • Excellent change management and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive cultural transformation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching capabilities
  • Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and digital HR tools
  • Fluent in German
