We are looking for you! As part of a replacement, we are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Weiterstadt or Meerbusch who shares our passion for always looking for new ways to achieve the best results in a pragmatic way. Your tasks:

  • Operational HR support: You will advise and support our managers and employees on all HR-related topics throughout the entire employee life cycle and implement HR measures.
  • With your expertise, you will work with our recruiting experts and the departments to ensure that our vacancies are filled in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • You plan, implement and support training and development programs for our employees throughout Germany.
  • You contribute to the implementation of new HR tools or processes and continuously maintain and develop our HR IT landscape.
  • You will actively support recurring global HR processes such as salary reviews, leadership reviews, employee surveys, etc.
  • In all measures, you always ensure compliance with labor law requirements, HR standards and internal guidelines.

Your profile:

  • Successful degree in economics, law, social sciences with a focus on HR or comparable training and qualifications.
  • At least three years of experience in an operational HR role as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in a sales and/or service organization.
  • Sound knowledge of modern HR practices and German labor law.
  • Courage and personality to rethink the familiar & drive new things forward.
  • Ability to think in pragmatic solutions even when faced with complex challenges.
  • You speak German and English to at least C1 level (CEFR)
  • Enjoy occasional business trips to our locations.
  • You have very good user skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and have ideally already worked with SAP SuccessFactors or Microsoft Navision (NAPA3).
