Zusammenfassung

JOTEC GmbH in Germany is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to advise managers and employees across assigned business areas on HR and employment-related matters. You will translate strategic objectives into people initiatives, support performance management, recruiting, compensation, and employee development in a global context.

We value a completed degree in business/HR, 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, strong business acumen, and fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Advise and support managers and employees across the assigned business areas on HR and employment-related matters.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic and operational objectives and translate them into effective people initiatives.
• Provide guidance on performance management, organizational effectiveness, recruitment and staffing, compensation, employee development and employee relations.
• Support and execute people initiatives in areas such as employee engagement, change management, leadership development, retention and workforce planning.
• Advise leaders on compensation and people decisions and contribute to the fair and consistent implementation of salary reviews, promotions, bonus programs and other compensation-related processes.
• Manage complex employee relations topics and support managers in finding structured, pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable German labor law and internal HR policies and support HR-related audits and data accuracy.
• Build and maintain a trust-based and constructive partnership with the Works Council.
• Collaborate closely with international HR colleagues and global Centers of Excellence on company-wide programs and initiatives, with a significant part of the communication and collaboration taking place in English.
• Provide insights and feedback from the supported business areas to help continuously develop and improve broader HR processes and initiatives.

HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your Strength

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a comparable field, alternatively completed commercial training with a relevant additional qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional HR experience, ideally in a comparable HR Business Partner role.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
• High level of customer and service orientation combined with strong communication and consulting skills.
• Confidence in interacting with different stakeholders and management levels in an international environment.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations and conflicts in an open, solution-oriented and goal-focused manner.
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working combined with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken. As you will collaborate extensively with international stakeholders and global HR functions, English will be a key working language in your day-to-day role.
