Job summary

Isar Aerospace is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders and shape people strategies across international operations. You will analyze workforce data, guide leadership on change and organizational design, and champion inclusion while collaborating with Germany, Sweden, and Norway teams.

Occasional travel to support locations is expected. You will work closely with Works Councils, ensure compliant HR processes, and drive cross-functional HR initiatives with a hands‑on,

• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in international, fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR expertise in Germany; knowledge of Sweden and Norway is a plus.
• Fluent German/English skills.
• Solid Workday proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change.
• Deep knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with both strategic and hands-on capability.
