About Your Future Role

Joining our commercially-focused HR business partnering team, supporting the international merchant facing vertical, you will be responsible for supporting Senior people across Europe. You willenable us to deliver outstanding commercial results through our people

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Understand business goals and translate them into people strategies
• Partner with leaders to align workforce planning, budgets, HR operations and talent activities to deliver the results they need
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and key metrics to provide data driven recommendations
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to develop and deliver group-wide initiatives and programmes
• Deliver core lifecycle activities
