Qualifikationen

Your Tasks:
  1. You take over all HR topics "end-to-end" within a defined support area.
  2. As a central contact person, you advise and support managers and employees in all personnel-related issues.
  3. You are responsible for recruiting from the initial briefing to applicant management and contract signing.
  4. In coordination with our Center of Excellence, you support the further development of our employees.
  5. You build a trusting collaboration with managers, employees, HR colleagues, and stakeholders.
Your Profile
  1. You have successfully completed your studies, for example in business administration, humanities, social sciences, or a comparable field.
  2. You have some HR-relevant experience (e.g., recruiting, personnel support) and a hands-on mentality.
  3. You seek a broad task and enjoy thinking outside the box.
  4. Your passion for working with people enables you to conduct challenging conversations confidently and respectfully.
  5. You prefer to work results-oriented and independently in a structured manner.
  6. Your working language is German; good English skills complete your profile.
