In partnership with the team, evaluate Human Resources processes, procedures, and policies, and proactively recommend approaches to improve efficiency and services.
- Serve as the lead HR contact for a specific employee group, providing guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Foster a culture valuing diversity and inclusion, co-lead and drive ID&E strategies for the brand.
- Partner in hiring, onboarding, and developing employees; work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition; participate in Talent Review processes for succession planning.
- Analyze data to develop initiatives around employee engagement, rewards, recognition, and retention.
- Assist and guide on HR policies, handle inquiries, interpret and administer policies, and resolve work-related issues.
- Project manage the annual Performance Management cycle, including timelines, processes, and training.
- Lead the Talent Review and Succession planning process.
- Proactively manage Employee Relations, provide guidance, and create Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
- Support recruitment efforts, prepare job descriptions, postings, and manage interview processes and offers.
- Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives, create metrics, analyze effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Support team with ad hoc HR requests.

- 3+ years of HR experience
