Fortinet is seeking an EMEA Talent Operations Partner / HR Partner to be the trusted HR generalist for employees and managers across EMEA. This on-site role in Kelsterbach/Frankfurt supports HR operations, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, and payroll, maintain HRIS data, ensure local labor-law compliance and immigration

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Provide a wide range of customer-oriented HR services.
• Manage HR support and administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, contracts, benefits, and payroll operations.
• Enter and audit data accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Ensure understanding and communication of compliance and local legal requirements.
• Document HR actions by completing forms, reports, and records.
• Oversee immigration procedures and ensure compliance.
• Manage benefits enrollments and assist with related queries.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team and contribute to HR projects.
• Propose and document HR-related policies.

• Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR processes simultaneously—such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Capable of executing tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines.
