To support our HR Team, we are searching for an HR Business Partner (f/m/d) based in our Munich office.


Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to designated business units in Spain and Germany.
  • Independently manage various HR topics and act as a strategic partner to people managers.
  • Provide guidance on personnel and labor law matters, ensuring compliance and assisting in conflict resolution.
  • Support leaders in key HR processes such as performance evaluations and salary reviews.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with leadership, contributing to the implementation of company objectives.
  • Drive HR projects and take ownership of HR initiatives.
  • Support HRBP operations.
Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with over 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Profound labor law knowledge in Spanish; German labor law knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of HR topics across various functions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and with integrity.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with good Spanish skills; German is a plus.
