Volkswagen seeks a senior HR leader to consult with business leadership on strategic HR topics and to define the strategic people agenda for the function. You will manage talent processes both strategically and in selected events, balancing transactional needs with long‑term workforce planning.

The role is based in Braunschweig with a hybrid model offering up to 20% remote work, full‑time employment, and a focus on developing organizational capability and employee relations across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage labor relations and compliance.
• Experience in compensation and benefits planning and organizational development.
