YOUR ROLE
  • Consultant and contact person for all HR-related issues from individual personnel measures to reorganizations
  • Support and management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Identify top talent as part of succession planning, advising on development measures and salary and performance appraisals
  • Stakeholder and interface management as well as collaboration with the respective HR specialists/departments (payroll, learning/development, employer branding, pensions department, etc.)
  • Case handling in accordance with collective agreements and applicable labor law
  • Trusting cooperation with the works council

YOUR SKILLS
  • Very good university degree in the relevant field and at least three years of relevant professional experience
  • Confident and professional appearance with excellent communication skills
  • High willingness to cooperate, ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Project management skills are an advantage
  • Very good time and self-management skills
  • Business fluent in German and English in a business context
