Position Overview:

The EMEA Human Resources Business Partner will address organizational challenges through people-centered solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and organizational structure. You will also enhance existing programs supporting Diligent’s managers and staff, reporting to the VP of HR based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strategic relationships with business leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational and HR strategies.
  2. Utilize data effectively to identify trends and inform decisions, interpreting complex analyses in line with business priorities.
  3. Identify root causes of issues, designing and implementing cross-disciplinary solutions.
  4. Offer expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, recognition, and strategic growth.
  5. Support HR functions across all employee levels, ensuring high-quality service.
  6. Manage cyclical HR processes within your business area, maintaining global consistency.
  7. Stay informed on HR best practices and employment law changes relevant to your jurisdiction.

Required Experience / Skills:

  • Extensive experience managing employee relations within the EMEA region, specifically DACH.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Proven track record in leading HR projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing departmental business plans.
  • Effective communication skills with all organizational levels, including leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and team-oriented work capability.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
