Overview

HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Location: remote Germany

Aptean bundles the technology, project and market experience of successful software providers in the ERP and MES sectors who specialize in the requirements of SMEs in the DACH region. As an IT strategy partner, we support our medium-sized customers on their path to digital transformation.

To strengthen our Human Resources division, we are looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team. In the HRBP role, you are the first point of contact for managers and employees, work closely with our colleagues in Recruiting and Payroll, and forge cooperation with the various works councils. You will optimize existing processes and coordinate organizational procedures with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity. You share responsibility for the implementation of HR goals and projects in the DACH region.

Your responsibilities

  • HR responsibility for certain business units in Germany and Austria
  • Sparring partner for managers and employees in all matters relating to the employment relationship
  • Handling of all HR-related tasks and employment law issues during employee life cycle
  • Partner with employees on various HR-related issues such as vacation, absences, reintegration, etc.
  • Works closely with colleagues in Recruiting and Payroll. Support in data collection for monthly payroll-related data.
  • Collaboration and management of group-wide HR projects (concept work, digitalization, etc.)
  • Management of employee files and documents in electronic and paper form
  • Collecting, checking and processing data with useful HR key figures, such as salary plans
  • Responsible for the integration of new companies, in full or in part.
  • Close cooperation with the various works councils, e.g. advancing issues, coordinating communications, data delivery, etc.
  • Close cooperation with COE/HRSS to advance projects in the DACH region.

Your skills

  • Completed commercial training with an additional qualification in the field of HR, a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in HR work with at least 2 years in a role as HRBP
  • Experience in working with the works council is a prerequisite
  • Hands-on mentality with independent work and organizational skills
  • Resilient team player, motivated and committed personality with a high degree of reliability, trustworthiness and diligence
  • Willingness to travel to various locations within Germany and Austria
  • Good written and spoken English language skills are required
