Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary HR contact for all personnel matters across BYD’s retail locations (dealerships) in the region
    • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
    • Provide guidance and support to store managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law topics
    • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies at all retail sites
    • Collaborate closely with central HR, operations, and dealership management to align retail HR practices with corporate standards
    • Support HR data management and reporting for retail headcount, turnover, and related KPIs
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Around5 years’ experience in HR, ideally within automotive retail, dealer networks, or consumer-facing businesses
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel between Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and retail sites as needed
