Qualifikationen

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a BA or HRIS Analyst with Workday exposure.

About the role :

We are seeking an HR Business Analyst (m / f / d) (with focus in Workday) to act as the critical link between our HR& IT department. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights and process improvements. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and process optimization over system configuration, and requires a deep understanding of business process modeling and continuous improvement.

About your tasks :

  • Collaborate with HR and teams that perform processes to understand and document business needs related to Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking , Recruitment, Payroll and Reporting).
  • Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements to maximize value for the business and connecting it with Workday and other tools / systems capabilities. Ensure the appropriate documentation of the processes ISO approved manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to departments by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and analyzing value add to translate it to the business language and functional requirements.
  • Support HR teams in generating reports and dashboards using Workday and potentially other / more tools and systems to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Support change initiatives by helping to define training needs, document changes, and ensure business readiness for updates or enhancements in alignment with development and culture department.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Workday team and the Product Owner (PO), acting as a trusted partner to validate requirements, coordinate testing, monitor implementation timelines, and continuously drive system improvements.

About you :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a BA or HRIS Analyst with Workday exposure, strong corporate HR background, and ability to simplify complex processes using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, requirement documentation, and business case development, along with up-to-date knowledge of business process modeling tools and methodologies.Change management capabilities and ability to implement and drive change.
