As an HR Associate, you'll play a crucial role in recruitment, support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, innovative company that's revolutionizing the gaming and payments industry.

It is vital that this role is organized, diligent, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires you to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks.
  • Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials, ensure completion of necessary paperwork, and assist in training new hires.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records, ensure confidentiality, and process employee changes.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure legal compliance, prepare audit reports, and stay updated on HR regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, facilitate communication, and support engagement initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Organize HR files, assist with training logistics, and prepare documentation.
  • Performance Management Support: Coordinate appraisal processes and track performance improvement plans.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in surveys, process improvements, and policy creation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration or human resources
  • Support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior recruiting experience
  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Jira, Confluence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
