Responsibilities
  • Support employees regarding questions about vacation, flextime, and time management
  • Create references and certificates
  • Prepare statistics, tables, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle organizational tasks (e.g., scheduling, document management)
  • Serve as contact for IT and internal office matters (janitor, repair services)
  • Prepare, create, and execute mailing campaigns and general customer correspondence outside the marketing department
  • Assist with invoice preparation including cancellations
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail and organize customer/employee events
