As our HR and Finance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Accurate and timelypayroll accounting
  • Day-to-dayoffice administration
  • Handlingaccounting and bankingtransactions
  • Communicating withvendors, tax authorities, and insurance providers
  • Preparingstatistics and reports
  • Collaborating onprocess optimization and digitalization projects

We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of experience, technical skills, and a proactive mindset:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in finance or human resources
  • Background inaccounting and/or HR
  • Proficiency inMS Office, especiallyExcel
  • Experience withSAP (R3P/S4 Hana)or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity withInterflexis a plus
  • Fluent in German, both writen and spoken
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
