Oakleaf Partnership Europe is seeking a HR Advisor to permanently join our Global Professional Services clients team in a new role based out of their Hamburg offices, providing support, advice and guidance to Stakeholders and colleagues across its locations within Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax, visa, and payroll requirements
• Advise on employee relations, contracts, benefits, and performance management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes
• Assist with HR policies, benefits, and parental leave applications
• Provide HR reporting and contribute to key projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Generalist HR experience, ideally in professional services
• Strong knowledge of German employment law
• Fluent in German & English (written & spoken)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
