Key Responsibilities

  1. Process and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation.
  2. Process new hire paperwork, conduct pre-employment screening, and coordinate onboarding activities.
  3. Support in various HR activities, including on- and offboarding, data management, and processing paperwork in the employee lifecycle.
  4. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
  5. Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, creating reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  6. Assist with compliance activities, ensuring the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations as well as HR policies and procedures.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, answering employee inquiries and concerns.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Business vocational training with further training in human resources desirable, alternatively a successfully completed degree specializing in human resources.
  2. Knowledge of social security and labor law is an advantage.
  3. Confident handling of MS Office applications.
  4. Initial professional experience in human resources is an advantage.
  5. Experience in dealing with HRIS is an advantage.
  6. Excellent command of English & German.
