Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota, and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training, and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in areas such as onboarding and offboarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems, and processes.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Admin Specialist (Italian speaker) (f/m/d) for deployment in Berlin as soon as possible.

Your tasks :

  • Be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery and administration of employee lifecycle events, handling various HR topics, and supporting the payroll team.
  • Generate documents, letters, templates, and reports.
  • Document process changes and communicate them to all affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Maintain employee data in HRIT systems.
  • Execute employee data standards, processes, and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements, and other KPIs, and align on appropriate actions if figures are not met.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources, or vocational training & professional experience (>2 years).
  • Min 1 year HR background or experience in data management.
  • Good problem-solving and administrative skills, high organizational skills (e.g., managing multiple open requisitions).
  • Experience delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
