To complete our Talent Acquisition Team we are looking for you as an Active Sourcer (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Structured search of suitable candidates with state-of-the-art sourcing tools (Social Media, Google, Chrome Extensions, other portals, ...)
• Initial approaches, templating of lead contact as well as network building and maintenance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with functional departments to optimally define and manage talent acquisition strategy
• Responsibility for confidential searches on Management level
• Build and apply deep market knowledge to address the right talent at the right time
• Conduct winning calls with leads across all job levels with the goal of getting them excited about HUGO BOSS

Your profile:

• Background in business administration, law, journalism or similar
• At least 1 year of practical active sourcing experience with LinkedIn and preferably other portals
• A good understanding of project management and a corresponding mindset
• Enthusiasm as well as excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
• Very good technical understanding and curiosity to learn new tools
