Position: Housing Office Administrator / Inspector

Location: USAG Stuttgart - Panzer Kaserne, Böblingen, Germany

Start date: April

Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call (PTOC) — substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences. Personnel should be available on short notice.

Summary: The US Army Garrison Stuttgart Housing Services Office provides housing and referral services to military personnel and their families. Responsibilities include acquiring property listings, supporting house-hunting, conducting housing inspections, maintaining databases, and transporting customers for property viewings. The office services the Stuttgart area and within a 60 km radius of Kelley Barracks, Panzer Kaserne, Patch Barracks, and Robinson Barracks. The Administrative Assistant supports clients in person, via phone, and email.

Responsibilities: Welcoming clients, registering them in the government data system, completing housing forms, supporting move-in and move-out inspections, coordinating with landlords, maintaining listings, inspecting properties, taking photographs, drafting reports, and using the government database system.

Qualifications: Proficiency in English and German, valid driving license, skills in Microsoft Office, ability to pass background check, and knowledge of German real estate practices is highly desirable.
