As a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d), you are a vital part of our housekeeping team. Together with your team, you ensure that our hotel presents itself at its best. You are a perfectionist with an eye for detail and help ensure that our international guests enjoy an unforgettable stay!

Your most important tasks include:

• Responsibility for quality and standard control of guest and VIP rooms.
• Scheduling daily work for the cleaning staff and managing their processes.
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of rooms and public areas.
• Creating and checking repair orders and managing lost property.
• Collaborating closely with management and handling administrative tasks in the housekeeping office.
• Training and mentoring new colleagues and trainees during induction.

Be able.

• Completed training in the hotel industry or first professional experience.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Team player with a passion for the hotel industry.
