Qualifikationen

It's in your hands

• Checking guest rooms and guest areas for cleanliness and functionality in accordance with our quality standards
• Checking and organising floor offices, ancillary rooms and public areas
• Distributing laundry and various housekeeping items to the floors
• Ensuring service quality and contact person for guests on the floor
• Sharing responsibility for the correct handling of lost property
• Ensuring a smooth workflow on the floor in cooperation with the Housekeeping Manager
• Co-operation with all internal departments and external service providers (e.g. external cleaning)
• Fulfilment of guest requests

What you bring to the team

• Very good manners, enjoy teamwork and a well-groomed and confident demeanour
• Host with heart, reliability, responsibility and quality awareness
• Successfully completed training in housekeeping / HoFa / specialist in the hospitality industry or career changer with professional experience in similar areas
• Communicative and open-minded personality
• Good knowledge of German and English desirable
• Independent, committed and creative thinking and acting
• Organisational talent
