We are looking for passionate individuals who share our enthusiasm. The pub has been closed for several months, and we need someone to handle the exciting re-opening with us. We offer a fresh start and the chance to work with new staff and grow together as a team. The ideal candidate would have a good sense of humour, an approachable nature, and be willing to learn and participate.
As a Housekeeper, responsibilities include:
– Guest/customer relations: ensuring customers have a great experience.
– Team support: always supporting the team and helping out.
– Attention to detail: maintaining cleanliness and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Operations: keeping the pub clean, safe, and operational.
– Business improvement: enhancing work performance to boost results.
– Stock control: managing stock rotation and control.
– Working on public bank holidays, as they are considered normal working days.
– Maintaining personal and uniform cleanliness.
– Promoting a friendly environment and avoiding team rivalries.
– Stock rotation and respecting the pub’s equipment and utensils.
– Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, and Fire Safety.
– Cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and pub areas.

– Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
