OSM Thome, a leading hotel operator onboard cruise ships, is looking for a proven Hotel Manager to lead all hotel departments and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and onboard revenue, develop a multicultural hotel team, and ensure compliance with safety and maritime regulations while collaborating with shipboard and shore-side management.
